i bought the razer kraken kitty wired headset because for whatsoever reason razer doesn't make the BT headset in Blackness- simply pink 🤮 and so i bought the apple lighting to usb camera adapter which allows me to use the headset as headphones with my iphone(12pro) and to my surprise the ears lit up likewise! yet, razer apparently doesn't know or care then this app doesn't piece of work to change my ear color even though the adapter allows the headset to be used with the phone...... ☹️ and that's lame.

Neither Razer app works with headphones.

I was really excited to get a new pair of Razer Kaira Pro headphones since it had an app to adjust lighting and sound. I couldn't go the headphones to connect to this or the Razer sound app. It had the latest firmware, I restarted my phone, headphones and tried to connect and it didn't work in one case. There is a reason why this has such bad reviews considering it doesn't work. I meet how diligent the company is to apologize for the bad reviews simply they should spend that manpower to fix the apps to make a meliorate experience for those that purchase their products. My review is of the app and not the headphones. The headphones did connect to my Xbox likewise paired with my prison cell telephone via Bluetooth but why have an app if it doesn't work?

Lighting to USB Support

i've recently bought an adapter for my iPhone 11 so I tin can plug a USB into my telephone. My Razer Kraken connected with trivial issues to the phone and the sound quality is pretty good. But... I'k not able to control the RGB on the headset. The RGB is defaulted to just a color bicycle blueprint (which is alright) but the app doesn't see the headset...
